Top of the Tower opened as a public facility in 1995. Prior to that, the space on the top two floors of 1717 Arch Street functioned as the executive board room and dining facilities at the world headquarters of Bell Atlantic, the precursor to Verizon. Top of the Tower boasts stunning panoramic views of Philadelphia and surrounding countryside. The distinctive grace of these lovely rooms provides elegant ambience and a fine dining experience.

Top of the Tower was founded by Mickey Rowley and Louisa Kochman who had the vision to realize that one-of-a-kind views, professional and attentive service and contemporary cuisine could provide Philadelphia with a public facility and service unavailable elsewhere in the region. From the start our objective was to provide clients with the highest quality event for the best value, and we are still committed to accomplishing that mission.
