Q: Where is Top of the Tower located?  
A: Look at the Philadelphia skyline and you will see the 4 tall office towers. Ours is the red granite one closest to the Parkway. The building is called the Bell Atlantic Tower , and the address is 1717 Arch Street , actually the corner of 18th & Arch. We are on the 50th & 51st floors.

Q: Do you offer a coat check?  
A: Yes. Coat check is available, and must be confirmed ten business days prior to the event. Coat check is included in some of the packages.

Q: Where can I park? 
A: There is a garage located right under the building.

Q: Can you take care of all of my Event planning? 
A: Absolutely. We work with the most talented musicians, floral designers, photographers and videographers in the area. We'll help you find just the right people to make your event spectacular.

Q: ARE THERE ADDITIONAL CHARGES FOR LINENS, TABLES, CHAIRS, CHINA OR SILVERWARE? 
A: These items are generally included in the room rental fee. The wedding packages include specialty linens and chair covers!

Q: CAN YOU ALSO ACCOMMODATE A CEREMONY? 
A: Yes! Your ceremony will be performed with views of either the East or West as your backdrop.

Q: IF I AM HAVING MY CEREMONY AT TOP OF THE TOWER, DO YOU OFFER A REHEARSAL THE DAY BEFORE?  
A: If the facility is not previously scheduled for another client, Top of the Tower offers the opportunity for a rehearsal.

Q: WHEN CAN MY FLORIST, ENTERTAINMENT AND BAKERY SET-UP AT TOP OF THE TOWER?  
A: We take care of scheduling that for you. We contact your vendors to determine the best times to load into and out of the facility.

Q: DO THE WEDDING PACKAGES INCLUDE A CAKE? 
A: Yes, the packages offer a Wedding Cake, Anniversary Cake and Viennese Dessert Station.

Q: DO YOU OFFER TASTINGS?  
A: Yes. We offer a tasting and it is generally two months before your event. We'll also help you customize menus to meet your tastes and budget.

Q: WHAT ABOUT ALCOHOL? 
A: You may bring your own alcohol or Top of the Tower will pick it up as a courtesy from a Pennsylvania Liquor Store. No shots, kegs, or "blender" drinks are permitted.

Q: DO YOU PROVIDE A BARTENDER?  
A: Our bartenders cost $125.00 each, for a maximum of five hours. We suggest one bartender for every 75 guests and an additional bartender if there is wine service during dinner. Our bartenders are fully certified and insured. Top of the Tower policy prohibits any bartender from soliciting "tips" during an event.

Q: IS THERE A RENTAL FEE?  
A: No. The rental is fee is included in the package price.

Q: IS THERE A CAKE CUTTING FEE?
A: No, we will cut and plate the cake without a fee.

Q: DO YOU OFFER BRIDAL SUITES?  
A: Yes, but only when the wedding ceremony is held at Top of the Tower. Then these two rooms are complimentary and are located on the 51st floor. The room also has a balcony, from which you may take some bridal party pictures.

Q: ARE THERE SPECIFIC TIMES TO START OR END THE CEREMONY/RECEPTION? 
A: Since we only book one wedding at a time, you can choose the start time. However, all events must be over by 12:00am.
