Top of the Tower has four main areas available for your event. Located on the 50th and 51st floors of the Bell Atlantic Tower at 1717 Arch Street, the views are spectacular and the service is second to none! Below are the dimensions of our space with the capacities for a variety of set-ups.
At 50 feet by 40 feet, this room has floor to ceiling windows on two of the walls, overlooking our city to the north and west. This room, with its rich, cherry-wood panels, is very elegant and stately. It is perfect for groups ranging from 60 to 150 people.
At 56 feet by 30 feet, this is our most popular room by far for social functions, luncheons, and receptions. With its views to the north and east, you can see some of Philadelphia's best sites: The Walt Whitman and Benjamin Franklin bridges, City Hall, the Stadiums, the New Jersey State Aquarium and much more. Its mezzanine level, accessible to guests via a beautiful in-room staircase, gives the feel of a nightclub as the sun goes down and lights of the city come on!
Banquet Style, or seated dinner, will accommodate 170 people (17 tables of 10 people).
At 35 feet by 37 feet, this room is great for smaller gatherings ranging from 20 to 60 people. It is the perfect place for a rehearsal dinner, birthday or anniversary celebration or holiday party. There are great views of the Philadelphia Art Museum, Boathouse Row and 30th Street Station.
Outside of the room, there is a smaller reception space that is the ideal spot for a bar or registration table.
Banquet Style, or seated dinner, this room accommodates 80 people (8 tables of 10 people).
Cocktail Reception will accommodate 100 people.
This room is slightly smaller than the Trumbauer West Room, but also includes the pre-function space mentioned above. Notman East has all of the same amenities as Trumbauer West, but with views to the east.
Banquet Style, or seated dinner, will accommodate 70 people (7 tables of 10 people).
Cocktail Reception will accommodate 100 people.
