Menus for social occasions

Our menus are comprehensive and contemporary. Executive Chef Matthew Lane has an incredible repertoire and can fashion a cuisine experience just for you and in line with your event’s theme and tastes.  He is committed to sustainable approaches to purveying, including agricultural products from Lancaster County and surrounding farms.  We are also happy to supply you with detailed menu ideas upon request. In the meantime, we have included three sample dinner menus for your review:

1. Served Meal

• Pumpkin Ravioli, Brown Butter, Sage
• Romaine Salad, Parmesan Dressing, Parmesan Tuîlle
• Potato-Crusted Hawaiian Waloo Tuna, Savory Polenta Cake, Fresh Asparagus, Bouillabaisse Sauce
• Crème Brulée Tart, Fresh Raspberries

2. Served Meal

• Selection of Butlered Hors d’Oeuvres
• Carrot-Ginger Soup, Fried Ginger Garnish
• Romaine & Green Apple Salad, Calvados Vinaigrette
• Pan-Seared New York Strip, Bacon-Smashed Potatoes, Merlot Sauce
• Pistachio-Bavarian, Chocolate Sponge, Flaky Almond Praline

3. Food Station Meal

• Gourmet Carvery Station, including: Pork Loin Arista, Thyme Jus, Roasted Turkey Breast, Rosemary Jus, Smoked Gouda Macaroni & Cheese, Orange Basil Salad
• Bangkok Station, including: Pad Thai Shrimp, Grilled Sirloin in Red Curry,
